nature of our services, or support agents can only provide support
relating the the node, hardware and the network the services are
located on, and issues beyond the control of the client.
Our helpdesk is integrated with in the 'My Account'
area, located at
http://www.xpressvps.com/myaccount, from here you can view the
knowledgebase, raise support tickets, view invoices, order
additional services such as domain names and SSL certificates.
